Very helpful staff, confirmed battery was dead and needed replacement, he told me the options I had and the cost, offered to price check with other battery suppliers, which was fair enough but I didn’t want to drive around trying to save a few dollars anyway, but it was good he offered, I hadn’t asked him to or bartered or anything.
