A big shout out to Brendon and the team as soon as I pulled up in the driveway There was a technician ready to serve me as I had a faulty battery that was only eight months old So Brendon came out, pulled out my details. Check the battery saw there was a problem. Attended to it as he replaced it with a new battery then proceeded to wash all the corrosion etc. At the battery had made. Don’t bother calling to ask a simple question, Joel will cut you off multiple times halfway through your sentence and not give you a correct answer at the end of it all. Very unhelpful customer service and you should learn how to speak to people instead of being rude and acting like you have better things to do.
Got car battery changed at battery world. Very helpful, friendly, top service from Bren. Will come back for all battery needs!! Highly recommend 😄
These guys are amazing for recycling batteries. Many of the major retailers won't do this anymore. I know where I'm buying my household batteries from now on - Battery World Brookvale!
Oh I am in your system.Shore Mechanics DeeWhy beach,The battery was brought through them end of November 2024 when my car was serviced.Plus they called you a few months ago in regards to the battery plus I saw you you a couple of months ago & yesterday. Nothing but deflection from staff. No need to respond again it’s generic.
