Went battery world last Saturday appx 2 pm For key pad battery , the guy working there tested it found a break in a soldered join on the electronic board , he resoldered if for nothing and tested it again and it worked What top bloke took a look which many don’t found a problem fixed it no big deal no charge I ll use and recommend Balcatta battery world to any one And to the staff member he had blondish hair Cheers bro I re booted it to the car and it worked immediately
Battery World Balcatta was a really disappointing experience. Jessie was unhelpful, and borderline rude. I came in expecting basic advice and professionalism, but instead felt brushed off and not taken seriously. For a store that specialises in batteries, I expected staff to actually know their products and be willing to help, but all i was told we are just the weekend staff and underpaid. Management seriously needs to address training and attitude issues here. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this location.

I came in today for a battery for my Mazda bt50, I had the pleasure of Josh helping me out and he went above and beyond what was expected of him. A true asset to the company. Highly recommended
