I went to Battery World Armadale this morning as the first customer of the day, ready to buy a battery. I asked if they could help me install it, but the staff member refused and seemed very annoyed from the start. When I told him it was too early to have this kind of attitude with customers, he became more and more upset and even started punching his own hand in a way that felt aggressive, like he was about to assault me. Excellent customer service, friendly and well versed and experience Tecnician who attended our call out due to flat battery. He even followed us to the local servo to ensure the vehicle would be OK. Thanks heaps.
