Really bad customer service. If you know plenty about battery types and chemistries these guys will not be impressed, the conversation quickly devolved into 'that will void any warranty on the battery or device'. Don't go to this place if you want batteries at a good price either, most other battery places in town have better prices. Bennett's, Marshall's, or where i got my SLA battery from - leading edge have better knowledge and attitude at a better price.
