Called to buy 2 Odyssey AGM batteries. Said they only had one in stock, but they would order a second one and it would be in the following Wednesday. They took my number down and said they would call when it got in. The following Thursday I had not heard from them, so I gave them a call. They mentioned that they had 9 come in, but other people were ahead of me to get one. I didn’t quite understand because the gentleman said he ordered one specifically for me the week before. Called to make sure they had battery in stock. Was told they close at 530, even though sign says 6. Made sure to get there by 5 after work to be safe... and they were closed! Wasted my gas and time to get there. Not even a sign apologizing for inconvenience of closing early.
Do not use this company for watch repairs. I was overcharged and the business did not take care of my watch. They broke it and refused to compensate me or reimburse me for the damage... it was a horrible experience.
Great customer service with a everyone is welcomed feel. This will always be my battery stop.
