Extremely disappointed in Battery World's service. What terrible policies. We tried to return a battery that we bought a month ago, since it wasn't working. They wouldn't let us return or exchange because they said it "didn't have any voltage." They claimed we had to "maintain it", but it's only a month old... We will never go back to this business, nor recommend it to anyone. So sad someone can do business like this.
Main place I go for batteries. The prices are competitive and the young man who frequently helps me is polite and friendly, despite me always coming short of closing. It’s always a quick and efficient trip which is why I keep coming back.
Thought my 10 year old battery backup power supply had finally bit the dust. On a whim, called Battery World to see of they could replace the serviceable batteries. Had them in stock and swapped them out of for me the next day. Saved me serious money and time. I also know they properly disposed of the old batteries. Everybody wins...accept APC. The didn't get my money this time. :)
