I had a great experience with Michael this week. I needed a specific type of battery for my Subaru Crosstrek Sport with a stop/start engine feature. I was able to buy it from Battery Warehouse for half the cost of the one the dealership quoted me. He was very patient with me in figuring out the correct battery type as I spoke to the dealership service department multiple times over the phone. I also like that there is a warranty on the battery with proof of purchase. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
There’s a rude and ignorant guy with glasses in here who doesn’t have any costumer service skills at all, I don’t even know why I came here because online shopping made everything easier

Buyers beware. I came here to buy what I thought was the right battery for my alarm system; it was not. When I called and told the store rep who sold me the battery (white male, red hair - I did not get his name) I have the wrong battery and need to bring it back, the store rep was refusing. DO NOT COME HERE. All they do is SCAM you. Bought a battery from here the same day it did not work came back immediately they said they would make an exception and exchange it but to buy the warranty. Bought the warranty 8 months later battery is not working again. We go to the store and they said they can’t exchange it, it has to be charged and that we had a 2 year warranty. Go back 5 months later, oh no your warranty expires there’s nothing we can do for you. We tried to exchange before it expired but was told no they won’... read more
