Very unprofessional and unhelpful. Called in advance, had to clarify I even had the right number as they just answered “hi”. They confirmed on the phone they had our battery in stock, on arrival 5mins after the call they didn’t. So had to take a different random one or drive to Nerang. Also should note they are reconditioned not new batteries. Then told when we were there that they couldn’t accept card payments, we had no cash on us.
