I brought my golf cart here back in early May and paid over $4,000 for repairs, but the work was not done properly. From the beginning I pointed out issues, including a rattling noise, which were ignored. When I followed up, I discovered that the speaker had been zip tied instead of being properly bolted or screwed in — I even have photos to prove it as of today. Excellent service with 5+ stars. I bought a battery and had it installed. Almost as soon as I sat down he was finished. Better price and warranty for 5 yrs.
I will never send my golf cart back to the Lovejoy store again. After having my cart for two weeks in their shop. They could not figure out what was wrong and repair it. I sent it to the McDonough store and it was repaired and delivered to me within two days.
Showed up they tested the battery determined it was bad. Had the new one on the shelf, changed it out and had me on the way to work in less than 10 minutes. Couldn't have been better.
