Customer service was nothing short of fantastic. We called in with what we thought was a battery fault. Within minutes of listening and checking out our caravan, they found wiring issues which they fixed that afternoon so that we could run further tests on the battery issues. It was determined we had 1 faulty battery that was only purchased 3 months earlier right before we left on our travels. OK. This a true account. Our car and van solar and batteries died at Barn Hill Station. No power. No way to bring in our double slide on. HELP HELP HELP. Worked out a way to get moving but damaged our car battery system in doing so. Limped into Port Hedland. Read the reviews and went on to Battery Salrs and Service. Brendon was soooo nice to us even though it was my fault for some of the issues and for buying crap lithium batteries. Was able to repair electrical lines from my car to the caravan while we were passing through which were severed.
If we could we would rate at a higher star rating. Brendan was so helpful and honest and went well above the normal range of service. Our caravan is happy and safe and so are we. Big thank you Brendan, from "The Fockers"
