Integrity: I stopped in because I needed a new battery. The employee on duty said he could sell me a new one but he wouldn’t feel good about it because the one needing replaced was still under warranty. Wow. I went back later because I needed batteries for my garage door remotes. I will purchase all batteries from this location moving forward. Super nice folks! FYI: if you need a battery of any kind they probably have it. They also have up to 18k lumen flashlights for those flashlight geeks out there.
It’s Friday afternoon, my batteries in my BassBoat are acting up, I got a tournament Saturday morning… I pull in to Battery Outfitters, thinking it’s my batteries. Within 10 minutes, they diagnosed problem ( faulty fuse)& test all my batteries for me, & checked & replaced all fuses for me. I was back on the road in minutes! I purchased my trolling motor & cranking batteries from them & they have always been the best when it comes to service.
Jacob was really kind and helpful! The warranty I purchased was during the time the company was under another name so my warranty file was lost. He still honored my warranty and set me up with a new battery! He was professional and also knowledgeable
