ALSO NEVER AGAIN: I had purchased a battery for my Grand Cherokee Jeep and had it installed by Darren the Manager. After completion and on the way home the cars power went off, car stopped and then power resumed, Computer didn't like that much and all sorts of codes came up, after closer inspection of the battery it was noticed that Darren had put the wires under the battery and had squashed them consequently shorting them out, not only that but the positive terminal was left lose, also not making a good connection. The customer service experience could definitely be improved. The staff member seemed distracted and there were several issues with store functionality. Additionally, I was told they couldn't change the battery, which was disappointing - it’s a battery store… It’s a shame, as it used to be a much better experience
