Went for 2 watch batteries, had trouble with the first but didn't give up. Very kind and respectful and apologetic. I appreciated him getting both new batteries in my watches.

So glad I found this place! The sales rep, Harrison, was both friendly on the phone and in person. They had the battery I needed for my 99 HD Sportster at a fraction of the cost from the dealer and other places on line and I was able to get it the same day. Overall great interaction all around!
