I was impressed with the service I received from Battery Outfitters and specifically Harrison. I was in a pinch to get 2 batteries for my partners van and they took care of me quickly and the price was better than 2 other places I called.

For shipping and receiving with a OTR truck, you must come in with the store on your driver side a difficult back due to traffic going both ways on the service road in front of the store The employees here are courteous and professional Fast loading I gave it a four star only because of the traffic in front of the store trying to back in off the street otherwise this would be a five star all day long
Great service and price. Switched out battery on a 2019 Hyundai Kona. Tested old battery while I was standing with him only half cranking power. Replaced battery. I was probably there all of 15 minutes, done and on my way .
