Surprisingly priced car (and may other things) batteries. Free install. Extremely friendly staff (ask for Kevin, who was so congenial and knowledgeable). I'm not sure there's any good reason to buy batteries anywhere else.
I went in for a new key fab. They told me they couldn't order it but if I purchased one they could program it. He gave me a specific serial number to look for when I purchased it. I bought it and brought it in for them to program. I was told by a different person they don't have the software to program it. Now I'm stuck with a key fab I paid $50 for and can't return.
I called a few days ago and spoke with Bryan about a new battery. He was polite and took the time to answer all of my questions. Today I walked in and was greeted by Patrick. I told him I needed a battery, and he quoted the same price I was given over the phone. He had me pull into the garage, tested my current battery, confirmed it was low, and replaced it. I was in and out in about 15 minutes, incredibly fast service. You’ve gained a new customer. Thank you!
