Asked for a custom 1S8P 18650 battery pack for a device I'm building. Got told they wouldn't build one without a BMS. I said I had one, but was happy for them to use their own instead. Got rudely told they weren't interested and hung up. Totally surprised, I'm not an expert, I just want a 1S8P pack and happy to pay for and accept anything with any BMS. Trish below is right, real couldn't give a toss attitude.
If you are going to be a bad driver, dont do it in a marked work vehicle. Yes I’m talking to you battery masta ranger driver with the bikes!
Very good customer service, super friendly and kind staff
Ordered a battery in January 2024 which has still not arrived due to being incorrectly ordered by them and despite my monthly calls for an update, the company insists it's still on the way via ship! Now eta is supposedly July 20. Hopeless communications and terrible service with a real couldn't give a toss attitude!
