Very good customer service, super friendly and kind staff
Ordered a battery in January 2024 which has still not arrived due to being incorrectly ordered by them and despite my monthly calls for an update, the company insists it's still on the way via ship! Now eta is supposedly July 20. Hopeless communications and terrible service with a real couldn't give a toss attitude!
I thought I needed a new battery for my speaker but wasn’t sure that would fix the problem. Battery masta offered to refund me if it didn’t work and I needed to return it which saved the speaker going to landfill. Very cool of them.
Excellent product knowledge and support for all related to batteries / rechargeable batteries etc
