Sent an email enquiry on Thursday night, got a response first thing on Friday morning. Two batteries brought at competitive rates and delivered in person by Ben on his way home from work! First rate service, would happily recommend :)
Asked for a custom 1S8P 18650 battery pack for a device I'm building. Got told they wouldn't build one without a BMS. I said I had one, but was happy for them to use their own instead. Got rudely told they weren't interested and hung up. Totally surprised, I'm not an expert, I just want a 1S8P pack and happy to pay for and accept anything with any BMS. Trish below is right, real couldn't give a toss attitude.
If you are going to be a bad driver, dont do it in a marked work vehicle. Yes I’m talking to you battery masta ranger driver with the bikes!
