Waste of money and time, you’re better off paying the extra $20 somewhere else or doing the repair yourself. Went in for a screen replacement and left with a fixed screen but they destroyed the touch button on my iPad, can’t press it in or use biometrics. Like I said better off fixing it yourself like I’m gonna have to do
I had a great experience here! I came in to get my phone battery replaced, and Antoinette took really good care of me. She was professional, friendly, and made the whole process smooth and quick. Another bad experience here. I came in to get a battery about four months ago and was told that they had some coming in on a shipment and they would give me a call a week later I came back to the store and they said oh yeah, they were all sold out. Fast forward to this morning and I go into the store to see if they have the battery I need and again I’m told that they have someone order that should be coming in on Thursday.
