I got a battery for my bike it was dropped by someone maybe the career . The trammel is smashed and can't be used. They said that I have to pay to get this one shipped back to them. They should have to pay for it.
I purchased an HD Powerstar battery for my Harley, and I had battery go dead for unknown reasons, I got in contact with Shannon Cotto, about my issue, I was contacted by Joelle, who instructed me to have my battery tested at a local store, th show levels, and after several tests the battery failed, so Joelle issued me a replacement battery, well during the shipment, the carrier dropped the battery ,damaging the terminal contact, well here we go again, emailed Joelle with pics, and she again issued a replacement.
