Don’t respond to emails , don’t reply via eBay shop and have tried calling them with no reply despite leaving a message . Would suggest you try elsewhere as I did .
Terrible after service, Ordered a battery online using number of vehicle , battery came totally wrong size . Trying to return you require an rma number , impossible to get through tried for days both me and my wife left numerous messages with all the information for nearly a week now . No one answers and no return call . I will be interested to see if you responded to a poor review and we can sort this situation out .
Contacted battery group after being let down by another supplier on an item I needed urgently. They were incredibly helpful and sent the item the same day for delivery the next day. Highly recommend.
I was really disappointed when this arrived and to discover that the listing was for a single contact for inside the connector, not the pair of contacts and the housing as shown on the website. This could be much clearer and could have saved us all some faff
Wish I had read the reviews on here before I decided to buy from these nasty people. The battery arrived on time which is the only positive. Brought a car battery with stop start ability. This never worked! Wrongly assumed there was a car issue but this turns out to be the battery. Brought battery in Oct 24 but in June 25 anti theft immobilizer kept activating.
