Disappointing drop shipper. Due to an admin error where they gave out the wrong info, ended up having to return an expensive unit to them, which took an age to get a refund f9r.
They owe me nearly £800 for a refund after an admin cockup on there side. Whatever that potentially 1-5% discount you think is worth, its not, go anywhere else. I suspect they might be struggling to find the money, might need to file a section 75..
I wish we had seen the absolutely horrific reviews that others have written before we decided to use this company. They don't honour warranty claims, don't answer the phone and now we're left with no choice but to pursue them legally (and of course without a functioning vehicle). A total scam.

Avoid!!! Took payment, delivery was expected to be 2-4 working days, I gave them 2 days grace considering I ordered on the Thursday, 1 week later on the following Thursday I have received an Email saying that my order has been cancelled as the battery is out of stock. I'm now stranded without a vehicle until I can get another battery. Very bad 👎
