I was really disappointed when this arrived and to discover that the listing was for a single contact for inside the connector, not the pair of contacts and the housing as shown on the website. This could be much clearer and could have saved us all some faff
Wish I had read the reviews on here before I decided to buy from these nasty people. The battery arrived on time which is the only positive. Brought a car battery with stop start ability. This never worked! Wrongly assumed there was a car issue but this turns out to be the battery. Brought battery in Oct 24 but in June 25 anti theft immobilizer kept activating. 12th June nearly a month ago I ordered, no product arrived, contacted last week and was promised another would be shipped out. Still nothing… what a waste of time.
Absolutely rubbish, canceled two orders no reason just a refund.
Bought Running Machine Battery - paid for 24 hour delivery. Easy. Then nothing arrived. Sent email, received standard reply that I "would hear in 24 hours". Over a week goes by - nothing - then suddenly an email arrives blaming the courier (who had never received it) (and deeply unprofessional) and asked me what I wanted to do. I requested another to be sent to me, suggested that blaming their business partner was not great and asked for a refund on the 24 hour postage.
