Very helpful and they know their stuff: my review from 5 years ago. Why am I not so sure now? My first car I had before these guys opened in 1975 and was then overseas for awhile. From when I returned in 1976, I have used them as my go-to battery place. I have a lot of batteries (rural property, lots of machinery, I can't start anything bigger than a chainsaw by hand these days).
