Don’t deal with this company!!! I brought my EcoFlow delta max to them in February for repair. I checked in with them every month or so, after 4 months. I was concerned that it might not be the best for the batteries to be sitting for 4 months without a charge. I was told that it was not going to affect the batteries. Month 5 , I was told it was on a barge to Honolulu for repair, asked when it would be returned. Was told they did not know.
