I called earlier today to ask about what exactly they sell or buy. A man answered, his phone popped then when it came back on a second later I explained why I was calling, and it sounded as if he set the phone down and started talking to a woman and child, said something about "them" calling back, then hung up on me a little bit later. All while I was repeating "hello?" to see if they were even there. I'm pretty sure that's not how you do things..
