I was across the road buying some steel and their forklift wasn't working. The gentleman from Batteries (WA) came to the rescue when their forklift died. After they purchased a new battery, the forklift didn't run. They asked for a battery tester and the owner brought one over himself and helped them diagnose the issue. How cool is that. Definately 5 star service in my books. So if you need a battery, drop in to Batteries (WA) because they go the extra mile for their clients! 5 Stars!

Excellent service - Neil goes beyond the normal level of service just to help you out. He didn't have what I needed on the shelf but went out of his way to source them elsewhere and get them delivered to him same day. If only there were a few more like him.
