IPhone 6S: The front desk person stated that the phone will be repaired to new standards within the hour. The hour was the only good thing about my repair. After removing the plastic screen protector and applying my screen protector I noticed the replacement screen was cracked (next time I'll check the phone condition wherever I go, for any service before I leave the store next time).
