I wanted a new battery for my car. I made it clear in the notes before purchase that a memory saver must be used and that the battery must be vented because it is inside the passenger compartment. When I arrived they did have a memory saver device but have never used it and would not on my car. After disconnecting my current battery they discovered they could not block off one of the two vents on the new battery because they did not have a plug. Highly recommend Tracy Battery Plus! I went to the auto part store to have them check my car battery and even tho it tested fine I still wanted to replace the battery because my car wasn't starting and was showing an error code! They told me I would have to take it out.. I then came straight over here, they came out and tested my battery with better equipment and it said it needed replaced!
