I went here for the first time yesterday in hopes to fix my phone. The screen was green - not cracked, but the phone still worked as far as accepting calls, making noise, ect. I was concerned about my photos not being backed up. I was greeted right away by Michael. He reassured me and was super personable! Super quick as well. The young employee who was helping the elderly customer before me was so kind and respectful. He took his own credit card out and paid for the ladies watch battery as she was struggling to find her money. He said it was his kind deed of the day. It made my day seeing this.
