If you want your phone in worse shape than when you dropped it off, come here. I came weeks ago for just a front and back glass replacement for an S23 ultra. The rep who "fixed" it, didn't put The FPC connector back in it. Therefore, my fingerprint scanner would not longer work. Weeks later and I'm STILL waiting for insurance to finish the repair. I had to buy a new phone.
