My online order was ready for pick-up and the customer service team member at the store was super attentive and took care of my quick pick-up in short time frame. Even though he was alone at the branch at the time. He was respectful to the customers already there and handled my situation quickly.
I had a great experience at Batteries Plus today. I needed replacement batteries for a commercial use - a Yale Electric Pallet Jack. Batteries Plus had exactly what I needed in stock - never would've thought of them in the past for a commercial/industrial needed. Parker, the store manager, was extremely helpful and got me loaded up quickly and out the door. Highly recommend for commercial needs!
I had such a great experience with Green Bay east Battery’s Plus today. I had my IPhone 15 screen replaced for less than 1/2 the cost of their competition. Moreover….as a person who suffers with Parkinson’s…it can be frustrating to communicate with me …but the young man was so kind to me and so patient with my situation. His name is Montease.
