Went to have a screen protector put on my galaxy fold. I only needed the screen protector. The representative told me he needed my pin to get in the phone. As samsung had something that they were wanting them to look at. I advised that I only wanted a screen protector put on and was not giving my pin to have full access to my appls and phone. He said he couldn't help me then. I went right over to u break we fix. I put my phone in maintenance care mode. No pin was needed. With it in maintenance mode it will allow the tech to ... read more
