We drove from Neenah last night for them to replace my iPhone 14 Pro Max battery. They told us to come back at 630 to pickup and when we got there were then told the phone was failing the final diagnostic test. They said it kept dropping calls and were trying to “reach someone” about the problem. They asked that we give them 10 more minutes and hopefully they could have ... read more
