They are fast with fixing screens; had my screen fixed twice by them. This time however they broke the back of my phone ): said they will fix it in a couple of days. Will update when they do. Just lame for the inconvenience
Price online said one thing,($188) went to store, price on the shelf was $179, guy rings it up and says $199! Wouldn't honor marked price on shelf...wth? Had to buy online in store to pay $188 and do "store pick up" and spend 25 minutes to do a 5 minute transaction!! Someone sitting in a comfy chair needs to get their ish together!!
Recently, my dad took 6 watches there to get batteries put in and they messed his band up without telling him, I wish he would’ve looked before he left there, but he didn’t sooooo I’m leaving this review on his behalf because something should’ve been said
I bought a battery. That had a two year warranty last year. On February 16. It would not keep a full charge. I want to battery plus fayetteville. In was told that the battery had a one year warranty. I call customer service and find out. The battery did have a two year warranty in not one. I had to pay for a new battery. In customer service rep email me the receipt. In told me to go back. In talk to the manager in gat my money back. Thanks Lawrence
