I brought my battery in for replacement. The technician at counter gave me a battery that was not the correct replacement. I pointed it out by comparing the specs and size. I showed him the matching battery I found on their website and he went and pulled that one. The specs matched exactly and it was about $30 cheaper. I'm giving 2 stars because I got the correct battery in the end. They should be the battery experts, not the customer.
JC was AMAZING!! He had my phone screen in no time and walked me through the process. He was very professional and told me what I needed to do to get the other issues with my phone fixed!! If your phone is broke, take it to JC and you won’t be disappointed!!!
JC at the Fayeteville location came in clutch and helped me out big time on a Dodge key I was having an issue with! Thank you!
