Incredible experience! Ian diagnosed my problem and replaced the battery in my Tacoma truck in 10 minutes! My truck wouldn’t start after Pilates class. Luckily, Batteries Plus is a couple doors down from Club Pilates so we walked over to see if the key fob battery was out. Ian checked the key fob battery; it was OK. He then checked the truck battery and it was not ok. He then replaced it with a Duracell battery! All within 10 minutes. Did I mention it was 25 degrees? Thank you Ian.
