My wife's battery went bad. Ordered a battery online to pic up at the store. Drove up to the store 15min after the order was placed. A young man named Dylan greeted me and took my information. Dylan had the new battery with my information at the desk. This gentleman was very professional and polite. I will never buy from another location except Batteries plus in Sherman. Thank you

I purchased 2 deep cycle batteries to replace the old ones in my RV. I ordered the batteries on-line and within 30 minutes I received a confirmation email the order was pulled and ready for pickup. Went to the store and the assistant carted the new batteries to my truck and took the old ones back with him. Easy transaction.
