I broke my screen on my Samsung S23 Ultra, did my research, read a TON of reviews on Mr.Frog and 1upGames and this company. Well, I crossed off Mr. Frog they had wayyy to many negative reviews for my comfort. So it was between this company and 1upgames. Great customer service..Thank you Johnathan for you help .Me and my husband needed new key fobs .We had our two year old son with us .While we waited the other staff asked if our son wanted to watch something on the TV while we waited.It was very affordable .Note that we brought our own key fobs to be programed.I would highly recommend business to friends and family .It is truly hard to find and experience good customers service now a days.
I am very happy with the service I received today. There are a few battery places that advertise that they install car batteries, but when you call or go to their sites, it says 'installation not available.' Batteries Plus, says they'll do the install and they get it done very quickly. I was dealing with two of the three guys working and they were both very friendly and helpful. I went to get a battery for a garage door opener that I was unable to get the back off to access the battery. I was greeted by an employee, Dale that was extremely helpful and he didn't make me feel like an idiot for not being able to get it open. He took care of it, installed the new battery and was very kind and helpful. I will be back
