I went to get a battery for a garage door opener that I was unable to get the back off to access the battery. I was greeted by an employee, Dale that was extremely helpful and he didn't make me feel like an idiot for not being able to get it open. He took care of it, installed the new battery and was very kind and helpful. I will be back
Cannot say enough great things about Jonathan at Batteries Plus! He went out of his way to make a bad day better when my car died in the Aldi parking lot. He went above and beyond with professionalism and kindness!
Things were great. I got there and the guy had it topped off all ready to. I was able to put in and go for a ride on the harley. Quick service when I came in.
