Excellent Service I was looking for a somewhat obscure battery which they had in stock. The staff was excellent - friendly and knowledgable - to me and to a couple who was there. The price on the battery was the same as an online company.
Their Loss; My Gain I've been on hold for 32 minutes just to see if they'd ever get back to me. Nope. I found the battery I was looking for on eBay at a good price and ordered it while I was on hold. Lost sale for Battery Plus and in this economy, no one can afford that.
Great selection and prices! This place is a must for people with kids who go through so many batteries. I can get my batteries in bulk and never have to worry about running out. The people are very friendly and helpful also. They can check and replace your car battery. They can check other batteries and chargers to see if your battery is bad or if it is your charger.
Mrs George I went to our local store today to purchase an extra battery for my cell phone. An older man grabbed a battery off the rack, opened the phone and inserted it. Immediately, the phone screen went blank and wouldn't work. He quickly threw it at the salesgirl and said he had to "go out back." Any battery you would ever need! Batteries for watches, toys, cars, phones - just about any type of battery you need is here. This has been a great spot for us to get otherwise hard-to-find disc style batteries for children's novelty books (the kind that talk, etc. when you use the keypad to the side of the book). The prices seem very reasonable.
