They have a contract with Assurant for cellphones. But, non of them know how to handle it. Don't waste time and go elsewhere to get the phone fixed.
They have repaired my phones a multitude of times and we’ve never had an issue throughout the last couple years and they are always sure to give you your moneys worth! Very friendly staff
I spent lot of money on my ipone repair and the tech broke the back he admitted to it. But never should've given back cuz due too this problem now. I spent 400 and it was worse than before. Best customer service experience I've had in a while. Swan went the extra mile and really enjoyed the work and gave me some more tips for cheap fixes on areas damaged on my phone.
Absolutely awesome customer service ! I tht my battery was low for my Cadillac key fob which they replaced . Turned out to be a bad contact. I was stuck in the parking lot w a no key fob detected . He scanned my car found and showed me how to bypass it then adjusted the contact inside the fob and fixed the issue w no charge ! 3rd visit here and have been impressed everytime 5 stars +++ Thank you!!
