If I could leave negative stars I would. I went to have my battery replaced. The sales associate dropped one of the rods used to secure the battery in the engine bay. She tried to use her phone flashlight to find it. No luck, she goes and gets a relplacem3nt rod saying it wad the only one they had in the store. She drops the second rod in the engine bay doesn't look fot it goes into the store, cones back with another rod. She drops the nut to secure the rod, go gets a wingnut to secure the rod.
