Good customer service. At times there are lines since it's usually a one person service agent. But patience is worth it.
Very unprofessional employee's act as if your not there and then wanna act like it hurts them to do the job they are payed for waited an hour for one battery that I called ahead for
John was outstanding and able to change my wife’s watch batteries when nobody else could !
