I went to Batteries Plus in Winter Haven, FL to get a new battery for my iPhone 14. Brandon and Jake did a great job taking care of the battery, and it was less money than it would have been if I had gone to the nearest Apple Store in Orlando. And who wants to go deal with all that traffic! Highly recommend!
OMG you guys,go and see Jake in the Winter Haven store if you are close by. I've never had an education buying batteries before. And they have batteries for EVERYTHING! Thanks Jake, I'm so glad I called and stopped in, you are appreciated very much!
Good experience. I really appreciate one employee in particular (Jake, not sure if I'm spelling that right). Although I didn't accomplish my goal (get my car key fob programmed), I couldn't help but notice the night and day difference in customer service experience from the Lakeland store to this store (Winter Haven).
