Had exactly what I needed after struggling to find a battery online (amazon doesnt need any more of my money anyways). Dave was quick to find the correct batteries, almost instantly practically just needing to lean over and grab it and answered my question promptly when I called back for more info. Very clean store though small. They also recycled my old battery for free!
DO NOT TAKE YOUR PHONES HERE. I was scammed by the technician and now my home button doesn't work properly. Read below for more. Took my phone in for a minor fix a few months ago. The tech damaged my phone then stated he would fix the screen for free which he did. Once he finished he gave me the phone back stating there was some bad news "the home button stopped working". Fantastic store if you enjoy getting the run around. My favorite response when checking on an order is: "it will be on the truck Friday". I got to hear that week, after week, after week. Sure, you will probably get an occasional, "I don't know why the truck didn't come", or, "then it will definitely be here Monday" (it won't) but for the most part don't expect much accurate information.
Horribly over priced. I went in to purchase some small batteries for a child's toy and two batteries cost more than then toy itself. For two batteries it was almost ten dollars. I found a ten pack on amazon for five bucks. That place is a waste of time. I don't understand how they are in business still...
Was in there on 3-12 and the employee there was so rude as to tell me that I couldn't even look at the battery I was wanting. "There is no way you can tell by looking at it that it is the right one - you need the model # or serial number. You will just wind up bringing it back so I'm not selling it to you"... So I went home and bought it off the internet. Thank you "local business" for your support - you wont be getting any of mine...

Awful store, we've been 3 times and each time has been a haggle to get what was advertised on the website or on the shelves. We left a motorcycle battery there too for testing and they ended up forgetting to give us all the parts back. The most recent visit they had a cell phone battery advertised online for $10 cheaper than in the store and would not honor the price. They also had a coupon code online for $10 off and would not honor that either. The store employee claimed he didn't know how to find the advertised coupon onl... read more
Took my daughters iPod here to get a screen fixed and after a month they lost it. They did replace it with a refurbished one finally
