Had my red IPhone 11’s battery and back side replaced by them. Quick and easy would pay them a visit again. 10/10 got more than expected :)
Found exactly the battery I need. They didn't try and upsell me on anything that was not applicable and when I had an issue, they resolved it right away. They were also less expensive (and with a better product) than any of the parts stores. Batteries Plus in Santa Maria is now my default place for anything battery related. Thank you!

I can't say enough about Matthew at the Batteries Plus location in Santa Maria. I had to order a special battery that came in too large and therefore had to make an exchange These were very heavy lifeline batteries Matthew made the exchange and redid the orders and was very supportive of the process. I'd go back there again for all my my battery needs . Thank you Matthew!
