The young lady that helped me out with watch battery changes was extremely helpful and rectified some some errors in storing my lifetime warranties for key fobs and watch batteries. My receipt says KVALETIN perhaps that was my associate. Go here!
J customer service was very professional and I very much appreciate his help I was wondering why my key fobs wasn’t working! And “J” kindly helped me figure out that the fob was for a Chevy! I drive a Nissan 😆 how funny! But he was the best because the dealer gave me the wrong key fob.😏
Kayla was so helpful, knowledgeable and courteous! She gave great advice and information as well as informed us of the sale we didn't know about and saved us a lot of time and money!
Batteries Plus was assigned an Iphone claim I made through Square Trade. Kayla was fantastic in checking the entire phone out while she was very busy. In the end she noted that I had a software update earlier in the day and that there was a new one to download as well which seemed odd. She indicated that sometimes downloads don't always download perfect or have issues. After I got home I updated the software once again and the phone came back to life!
