The two gentlemen at the store were very helpful and found what we needed.
STAY CLEAR OF THIS ESTABLISHMENT! Horrible! I'm not sure if this place is some sort of front store or what. The staff is immature and incompetent with zero customer skills. I requested for the Manager and or Owner to be contacted and they refused. Sadly I came to this store because they were recommended by Assurant. They ordered the wrong battery and refused to properly escalate and expedite correcting the issue. omar and nick best duo out there they helped me out a lot
3 trips in 3 days . Day 1 made an appt w them via tmobile to replace my screen . Went there at the appt time. Left my phone and I was told to come back in 2 hours. I went back in an hour and half to be told they didn't have the screen in stock and would need to order it . The kids working there seemed to be laughing like it was funny. I wanted to snap but that wouldn't be helpful. The next day I go back and after 2 hours they fix the screen but tell me my phone would need to charge for a half hour. I had a pleasant experience at Battery Plus. I made my purchase online which was very easy and then I went to to closest store and picked up my battery. I did the exchange and took the core (old battery) back and received the core charge. As easy as that. I definitely will use them again and recommend them to anyone who needs a replacement.
