Purchase a battery for $4+ and was going to charged $15+ to put it in my key fob. As a senior citizen I felt disrespected. What happened to customer service?
I called to ask if they repair Samsung phones. They said yes. I asked if they could replace the volume button on my phone since it fell off and I don't have it. They said they can't do that!

The store is very nice, it is clean and very appealing. The staff are friendly and helpful, great customer service.
Grateful for a new battery, and I know this is partially my fault, but my key battery was replaced without explaining that a battery could be purchased without replacement cost. I was up charged about $12 for a single battery worth only $5. I paid $17 for this transaction. What a bummer. I'm sure some would gladly pay for this service, but I would have been happy to change it myself if give that info up front.
