I stopped off at the Roseville, CA store today to grab a brake light bulb. Employee Jess helped me. He couldn't find the part for my car in his computer so he came out and removed the light cover to get the bulb part number. After replacing the bulb and trying to replace the light assembly, he inadvertently dropped one on the screws inside the light housing. Carter and Jose were excellent at Pleasant Grove Store in Roseville..I thought I had a bad battery, wasn't a year old, and it wasn't that, that was causing my motorcycle not to start. They check the battery several ways and it was good. I bought a new battery and if motorcycle started they would warranty that battery and refund my money. Well motorcycle did not start with new battery. I tore that bike apart, looks like problem is a crank position relay. Great job to Carter and Jose.

Always receive great service at our Roseville store. There was a new employee Gus who was only there for 3 months and was really helpful. If he did not know an answer, he would ask. Appreciate employees like him.
