I called to ask if they repair Samsung phones. They said yes. I asked if they could replace the volume button on my phone since it fell off and I don't have it. They said they can't do that!

Grateful for a new battery, and I know this is partially my fault, but my key battery was replaced without explaining that a battery could be purchased without replacement cost. I was up charged about $12 for a single battery worth only $5. I paid $17 for this transaction. What a bummer. I'm sure some would gladly pay for this service, but I would have been happy to change it myself if give that info up front.
Purchased 2 Duracell batteries, Marine grade and installed the same day. Connected batteries to boat same day. Blower and radio played. Next day launched boat and house battery was 100% and starting battery was dead. Had to get a jump start at the boat launch. Was not happy. Both batteries stamped with the same 3/25 date and purchased early May. Boat started and ran all day after the 20 minute charge off of a diesel truck at the launch and running for an hour and a half in the water.
