I had an amazing customer service experience a few days ago. I went inside the store and asked if they had A two wheeled hand truck so I could bring a used battery into the store. An employee named Desiree (sorry about the spelling of your name) said that she would bring the battery to the store from the back of my pickup. I only go here for unusual light bulbs and I have the lifetime warranty on the battery replacements for my key fob. The service is always efficient and fast. I rarely wait longer than 10 minutes to get a new battery for my vehicle's keep fob
