Scheduled a repair through insurance for my phone. Called at 530 to confirm they had the screen and they did it was in stock said I would schedule for the 6 time slot and was told ok. After driving 20 minutes in rush hour traffic i was told by the same person I talked to that the tech left at 5....wasted my time, and gas coming from Cleveland for nothing
Quick and happy experience replacing my 8 year old failed mower battery for a new one at my local Batteries Plus store in Macedonia Ohio. Ordered online, just a drop off of the old battery and pickup of the new. Fast friendly service. I even dropped off my three old batteries from my UPS units for recycling.
Terrible Service - Terrible manager - I ordered a battery and what was paid on-line was not available at the store. The employees promised a lot of things over the phone but when I personally went in the manager accused me of lying when two of her employees said the same thing over the phone. once the battery was replace the manager went inside to wash her hands (that's what they told me) and she never came out to give my receipt for the battery I purchased - I had to wait for over 4 min and the other employee said she is wa... read more
