Dakota was AMAZING!! He took great care of me today. He's patient, knowledgeable and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND coming to this location. Best Customer experience in a lonnnnnnng time. Give this young man a RAISE because he represents your company very well.

The manager at this location, name James is absolutely terrible. He treats customers like they are annoying him, he blames his employees for his mistakes. I took a watch there for battery replacement, HE took it and said He would replace the battery for me. He comes back and says his employee scratched ir and lost a screw. I didnt beleive that at all!!
