Came to get car fob programmed. Zach was the employee who helped and was very friendly, fast and I was in and out within 10 minutes! Great customer service!
Now this is a special place. The nice guy behind the counter fixed my buddies key fob which was 20 years old. The alarm was tripped and going off in the parking lot. The wonderful gentleman got the batteries out with a pair of hemostats! I don't know about you but I think that is next level service!
It's rare that an establishment makes me want to run to Google Reviews to leave a comment, but that was the exact outcome of my interaction with Batteries Plus on 9th Ave. I ordered a replacement battery for my Dyson vacuum through Batteries Plus. I received great customer service at this location. I am one of their repeat customers because of their product quality, their customer service and knowledge. I also enjoy the fact that they are nationwide since I travel out of state routinely.
