These guys I have an old red dot for my gun and I brought it For about 10 years and these guys were super cool about putting them in for me and had to open up a couple packs of batteries to figure it out, but he didn’t make me buy them. How do I give zero reviews for the horrible customer service I got from Tyson? First time in store and not going back, the rep behind the counter was a joke to deal with.
I purchase a new Duracell car battery at this location for $179.99 that had a 2-year warranty and an advertised life of 3-5 years. Found out after my truck would not start, when I needed it the most, the real life on it was 2 years 5 months. My Sears Die Hard batteries were lasting over 16 years. Never ever buying another car battery from these guys again. These are JUNK batteries and no recourse after the warranty period is up.
Jeremy has great customer service. I had some problems with a battery terminal connection after purchasing a new battery that was installed on site. He made sure that I was 100 percent satisfied and made good on a refund promised. I will use this batteries plus store for all future purchases. They care.
