Horrible experience and not resolved yet. I placed an order 2 weeks ago for a vehicle battery that was charged to my credit card and according to the web site was supposed to be available at the Miami Lakes store the next day. To make a long story short, I have been getting a run around on when I could pick it up, and apparently, no one has any idea. I tried contacting the owner Jimmy and he has not returned my call.
