Customer service here is really lacking and they need to be trained how to properly greet a customer. I doubt I will visit this location again. I was greeted with “you showed up at closing” when I arrived. I thought the store was open until 8pm, they closed at 7 and it was 6:45. Not the best way to be greeted. I needed batteries for a couple of timepieces. I did get those but also I needed some additional batteries for another device which I wound up going to another store to purchase. Received much better treatment there.

Wonderful friendly staff, good price, good discounts, not high sales pitch, but gently told us about great deals, if we are interested.
Do not go here for Samsung Warranty repair. Josh, the store manager ran me off, literally, twice after getting so upset that he wasn't able to get my phone replaced. It's not my fault, don't freak out on me for it!
Oh this place is a nightmare of incompetencies. I have had to come here for my phone and also for a spare car key. Both situations were multiple trips back for different issues. Computers not working, tablets dead not charged, system isn't updated esct esct. They don't call you to give you updates you have to call them weeks will go by and you won't here from them.
