Extremely Disappointed – Warranty Not Honored I came to Batteries Plus with a dying car battery that was still under warranty, expecting a straightforward replacement. Instead, I was met with every excuse imaginable to avoid honoring it. The staff seemed more interested in shifting blame or finding loopholes than actually helping. They insisted on running a test while the battery was still in the car, questioned how the battery had been used, and dragged out the process in a way that felt intentionally difficult. Great experience at this store. Although they were busy handling another order, they were able to quickly replace batteries in the 5 watches I brought in. Friendly customer service and a great price.
Came in for a phone repair, they were quick, easy to work with, and did a great job!
