This 5 star 🌟 is for Chris C. he went above and beyond for me and my family.. I brought my daughter phone in for a new screen, unfortunately he couldn't fix it correctly due to a bent frame. Didn't find this out until he went through trying to fix it. He was very nice about explaining the situation.. so in my opinion he could of stopped at that point and said there is nothing we could do..."take it or leave it situation"!! The battery install is $30 extra if your vehicle is on the difficult list. Thankfully I passed on that and did it myself. I'm not even that adept, but it took me 10-15 minutes, and I don't do this sort of work everyday. Just a heads up. If you do batteries for a living and there are two people surfing their phones, you should just go ahead an challenge yourselves.
