Today I visited the Calumet Street location to have the battery replaced in my key fob. I was told the price for the replacement, and the salesperson began encouraging me to add a lifetime warranty for an additional cost. He asked if I wanted the warranty, and I declined. He repeated the offer two more times, and I declined each time. After that, he handed my key fob back and told me he had not replaced the battery because I said no.
