I went to batteries plus and bulbs to get my battery replaced for my key fob. They said if I dont purchase the plan for $ 24.99, they wont install the battery for me on the fob. The guy who helped was not helpful at all.
I bought 2 packs of rechargeable batteries at 15.99 a piece. The customer service guy told me that they work with all nickle chargers. They were completely dead when I opened them. When I placed them in charger the light was solid red after 5 minutes the solid red light started blinking red. The batteries won't charge and would like my money returned. These batteries are of no use to me. I will be returning them to store tomorrow
I wish they would give the same 18% discount, in the store, that they promised on line. I only had a few minutes to shop before they closed. That wasn't enough time to order online to pickup in the store. I needed the motorcycle battery that day. My only other option would have been to buy from Walmart.
I visited Batteries Plus recently looking to replace a battery and brought a photo of the top of my existing battery, which is where all identifying information is located. I approached the counter to ask for assistance, and the attendant asked where the battery was. I explained that it was at home. He responded that I should have brought the entire unit in, even though my photo clearly showed the key information. Bought 7-batteries on Saturday totaling near $1,700.00 and was told I would get $10.00 back when I returned the cores. I had one with me at the time of sale and said I would bring back the other 6 the next week sometime. I came in today Wednesday after and dropped off the 6 batteries. They gave me nothing and badgered my while I started to get angry about being screwed and reminded tyler about the transaction on Saturday that he helped me with and told me about the core refund.
