I was able to schedule an iPhone battery replacement online. When I arrived at the store, I was promptly waited on and told an estimate of completion (of less than 1 hour). I ran an errand and was called less than 1 hour later that it was completed. In addition, they cleaned out the charging port of lint that had collected that could restrict proper charging. I ordered a battery online for my treadmill. I went to picking up and after standing in line for 5 minutes while the older gentleman the franchisee proceeded to answer the phone and take that customer in front of me even though he waited on me first... They pulled two batteries off the shelf of what I wanted in both were completely discharged. 1.2 volts and they were supposed to be at 6 volts.
